By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law. Please note that no travel expenses will be provided in connection with the prize.

1. Eligibility. PROMOTION OPEN ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE UNITED STATES CITIZENS OVER THE AGE OF 18 (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY UNDER APPLICABLE LAW). INDIVIDUALS MUST BE PRESENT AT EVENT TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN PROMOTION. BUSINESSES, CORPORATIONS, NATIONAL BANKS, FEDERAL CONTRACTORS, LABOR ORGANIZATIONS OR OTHER ENTITIES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE, NOR MAY ANY INDIVIDUAL ENTER ON BEHALF OF ANY SUCH ENTITIES.  IF YOU DO NOT MEET ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS, OR ANY OTHER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE, AND COLORADO CORN GROWERS ASSOCIATION (“SPONSOR”) RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO AWARD PRIZES TO YOU.  To be eligible to win the prize, entries must be completed and received by Sponsor in the format designated below.  Directors, officers and employees of Sponsor and any of their respective affiliates, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate families of each are not eligible to win any prizes.  All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.  Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.

   PLEASE NOTE: It is the entrant’s sole responsibility to review and understand his or her employer’s policies regarding eligibility to participate in trade promotions. If participation in this promotion is in violation of employer policies, the entrant may be disqualified from entering or receiving prizes. Sponsor disclaims any and all liability or responsibility for disputes arising between an employee and his or her employer related to this matter, and prizes will only be awarded in compliance with the employer’s policies.  Government employees are not eligible to enter.

2. General Conditions; Disclaimer. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States. Sponsor and its related committees, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor or by non-authorized human intervention; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.

   WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, the website, and/or the legitimate operation of the Promotion; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.  If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Promotion (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (c) award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.

3. Promotion Periods. The Promotion starts at 12:00 a.m. (all times Eastern Time) on APRIL 4, 2018 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on APRIL 20, 2018. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible to win a prize. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.
4. Prizes.  One (1) winner will receive the following prize (the “Prize”):
   1. 2 VIP NASCAR Tickets to the race of winner’s choice. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of prize: $[500].
5. Odds; Taxes; Etc.  Odds of winning a prize depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES AND ALL FEES AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE NOT SPECIFICALLY STATED HEREIN ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF WINNER(S).  FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, NO TRAVEL EXPENSES WILL BE PROVIDED. All prizes will be awarded. The prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner if any requested winner declines. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted. Sponsor shall have no liability for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from or arising out of any aspect of Prize Winner’s or Guest’s acceptance or use of the Prize.
6. Identity of Entrant.  In the event of a dispute about the identity of the entrant, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry.  An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  Each potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that a potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.
7. How to Enter. Participants may enter as follows:
   1. Free Online Entry Method:  To enter via the free online entry method, visit https://americanethanolracing.com/exclusive-event-at-pikes-peak-international-raceway/ and complete and submit an online entry form with First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Zip Code during the Promotion Period. Upon completion and submission of the online entry form, you automatically will be entered with one (1) entry into the Promotion. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. ADDITIONAL ENTRIES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
   2. Failure to submit all required information in the manner required in these Official Rules and/or any entry or contribution form may result in disqualification.  Proof of contribution or online entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt of entry by Sponsor. All entrants and entries are subject to verification by Sponsor.  Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering the Promotion, you consent to being placed on Sponsor’s e-mail mailing list. Sponsor and Sponsor’s agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives or service providers may use entrants’ personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and/or for future marketing by Sponsor, such as to notify them of a product or promotion that Sponsor thinks may be of interest. Automated or bulk entries or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.  Entries must be submitted by the participant.  No copies, facsimiles, or mechanical reproductions of the online entry form will be accepted.  Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, email addresses, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.  Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address.
8. Promotion Rules.  Potential winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to be held at Pikes Peak International Raceway no later than April 23, 2018. Sponsor may, at its option, conduct a background check on potential winner. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner from receiving any prize based on such background check if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion that awarding any prize to such potential winner could result in a safety or security risk to any person or persons or could result in the disruption of any event associated with the Promotion. The winner will be notified by phone or e-mail by April 27, 2018.  To claim the prize, the winner should follow the instructions and comply with the conditions contained in his/her notification. Winner must then identify potential guest to Sponsor, and Sponsor may, at its option, conduct the same background check and process applicable to potential winners.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any potential guest in its sole discretion. In the event that not enough potential winners respond to Sponsor’s attempts to contact them, or a potential winner fails to sign and return any documents required by Sponsor within the designated time period (if applicable), or a potential winner is otherwise disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may select additional potential winners by random drawing from remaining eligible entries.

   Verification of Potential Winners:  All potential WINNERS are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION.  An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant’s eligibility HAS been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

9. General Release.  By entering the Promotion, you release Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. The Released Parties are not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded due to cancellations, delays, or interruptions due to acts of god, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, or terrorism. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SUCH SITE.

   WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.  SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY.  CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

10. Use of Winner Name, Likeness, etc.  Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Promotion constitutes permission to use each winner’s name, hometown, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.  As a condition of being awarded any prize, except where prohibited by law, each winner consents to the use of his or her name, hometown, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.
11. Affidavit & Release.  As a condition of being awarded any prize, each winner may be required to execute and deliver to Sponsor, within seven (7) days of being notified, a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and release of liability, and any other legal, regulatory, or tax-related documents required by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
12. Privacy.  Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.coloradocorn.com
